1. Know the underlying disease

The important diseases cause of kidney damaged are diabetes and high blood pressure. 2. About diet

For patients with kidney disease should limit intaking the foods which their metabolized wastes are eliminated by kidney such as meet.  However, protein from meet is highly quilify to build and repair tissue, therefore you should not stop to intake the meet but only limit to have it.

Protein from beans is not recommended for the patient with kidney disease because it's not high  qualified  proteins. In addition, intaken lots of bean will increase phosphorus which may induce osteoporosis.

Should you would like to take the milk which provides high quality protein, you can have it with some limitation since the milk provides also rich with mineral sustances including phosphorus and potassium which is harmful for patients with chronic renal failure. Please consult your physician.

Food kinds of carbohydrate and fat can be intaken, but do not too much. You should avoid intake he fruits and vegetables with high potassium such as banana blossom, coriander, sweet basit, asparagus, water mimosa, straw mushroom, carrot, Thai morning glory, durian, lon-gan and banana, etc.

Drinking water should be taken 1.5 to 2 liters per day to compensate the lost of water.  Taking  too much water may be harmful since the water excreted by kidney may not be efficiently causing swelling.  If so, physician will normally recomment you to control the amount of water  to drink. Too much intaken water will also dilute the concentration of urine, induce low potassium in blood circuration which may cause seizure or depressive symptom.

3. Sleep enough

4. Exercise regularly

5. Modify lifestyle to avoid risk

The blood transmitted diseases including AIDS, hepatitis B and hepatitis C virus are able to infect the donee by blood transfusion.
